Get A Fast Start In Direct Sales!

Now that you’ve joined a Direct Sales company, how do you start?

First thing is to do what your sponsor suggests. Your sponsor knows more than you do about the company and possibly the industry. So they should be your guide in the very beginning.

Second, tune out everyone else for the next 30 – 90 days. Yes, this includes family and friends. Why? Because like a new born babe, you need to pretect your new business from… The Dreamstealers! More about them in another post. For now, just suffice it to say that you need to focus on you and your plans for your business.

Third, learn everything you can about the products and the company, especially the compensation plan. After all, this is how you get paid! As far as products go, read about all of them but focus on the ones you plan to use monthly. These are the ones you might be sharing first.

Finally, begin you share the products. Since you are just starting out, don’t be quick to start sharing the opportunity. What would you share? You are just starting out. You need to develop confidence in the products and testimony to share. You need to then build a customer base for your business to grow from. This is the foundation of any business. What business works without customers?

Accomplish these steps and before you know it, you will have a strong and growing business that you can share with others and begin showing them how to do the same!
